HOOSEPARTY is a community-based zine, intended to offer an immersive party-like experience without the need to vacate the comfort where you read this. As you will notice, throughout this zine are links to rooms of a house and the topics of these 'rooms' differ in tone, which were carefully decided to mimic the level of intimacy these same locations share during a house party. 

The reason behind creating this zine is to replicate a real party (as best as we could on paper), primarily to bring the energy, connection, and realisations to varied groups and individuals that would not have met otherwise. People who have kindly written pieces, taken photographs, illustrated and curated might never have crossed paths without HOOSEPARTY. Similarly to how many friendships, one-night stands, random self-reflections, and declarations of love or hate occur at a house party. Let this be your opportunity to meet others, engage in discussions, and be enlightened on topics beyond your initial interests, or social media and the news.
